Being fairly new to Vancouver means I don't really know were to get my next tattoo. I'm looking for the best "shadow" tattoo person.

My next one is only in black but requires a lot of shadows to create a bit of a 3d effect. A bit like Kat Von D does with her portraits although mine is not a portrait.

Any of you have suggestions?Thanks
